  3. SOUNDEffect - A program offering many facilities to edit samples. Here
  4.               are some special features: frequency, amplitude, panorama and
  5.               filter modulation (tremolo and vibrato), echo, special
  6.               reverb effect, chorus effect, mixer, free hand editing, low and
  7.               high pass filter, compresser, expander, limiter, distortion and
  8.               all usual functions (copy, paste, insert, cut, looping, zooming
  9.               etc.). All effects are available in stereo. It is
  10.               possible to load 16 bit samples.
